All items are shipped from our warehouse in Texas.

We shipped to all countries, except Italy and Brazil (Required delivery confirmation with additional cost) 

How long does it take my order to ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to ship and it may take up to a week for credit card verification. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How will my order be delivered?
We ship our packages via USPS 1st class mail service, PMS, EMS and international parcel. All come with delivery confirmation. Please email us for a signature confirmation request if it's needed with additional $3USD. Also insurance is offered at different cost. We ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by a country for importing consumer goods.

Lost in the mail?
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Buyers are responsible for all packages lost in the mail if there is no additional insurance purchased while it's shipped. Please email us for insurance and signature confirmation requests, all PMS and EMS services are $50 insured without additional insurance purchase needed, no apply on the 1st class mail service.

How to check the shipping order status?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions.
